i loved the location. it was really close to everything! the staff was amazing and always available. the chef and food and beverage manager made sure there were special gluten free breakfast items available for my daughter. the hotel is immaculate.
i booked a unit with two bedrooms. two of the tvs didn't work and the safes were locked. we spent the first two hours of our stay with technicians in our room. the next day we discovered the mattress pads had urine and blood stains and foreign hairs.

I found the staff friendly. They were also helpful. The facilities included a spacious room. The room featured a beautiful pool. The outdoor area looked great. Breakfast had a good selection.
I found that two tvs did not work. The safes were locked at check-in. I had to spend the first two hours with technicians.

The two bedroom suite was quite spacious for my family. The location was EXCELLENT!!! The pool area included really great service. I enjoyed being able to relax while having everything I needed nearby.
I found some issues . Some tvs in the room were not working properly. The safes had locked positions, quite unhelpful. It took some time for technicians to fix them upon arrival.
